What to expect when we become part of your team:
ONBOARDING
We’ll have an initial chat to gather some information about you what you are looking for. The next stage is to do a ‘deep dive’ into your business, your industry, how you operate and what your future plans are. Once we have all our quotes back from insurers we sort through the detail so that you have a policy that fits your needs.
THROUGH THE YEAR
We keep in touch via email, phone calls or meetings, whichever you prefer. We tailor the service package to ensure you speak to us as often or as little as suits you. We keep an eye on your social media as much as possible. If we spot something that doesn’t match with your policies, we will contact you.
RENEWAL
We start the whole process over again, we check the information we hold on you to make sure it’s still relevant and up to date. We discuss changes in the insurance market and we talk to you about policies that you may not have considered before.
